The Community Business Manager oversees business office functions within Atria Senior Living's family of brands. This position manages finances, accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident records, payroll administration, employee files, and employment processes. The work also supports operational reporting and community service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain resident data, billing confirmations, and move-in contracts
- Analyze expenditures, budgets, variances, and monthly financials
- Direct accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, leaves, and employee files




- Serve as manager-on-duty and provide scheduled coverage

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in accounting, business, finance, or related field
- Three or more years' business office management experience
- Working knowledge of provincial employment standards practices
- Ability to perform budget analysis and variance reporting
- Valid driver's license and compliance with Atria Motor Vehicle Policy
