Promote deposit and investment products as a Member Service Representative III at Sunrise. Build member relationships through responsive service and informed referrals.

This position serves as a primary resource for new member accounts and deposit business. You will follow up on referrals, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities to promote, up-sell, and cross-sell credit union products. You may become a technical expert in registered products or provide branch leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open recent member accounts and pursue deposit business
- Follow up on staff referrals and sales initiatives
- Sell registered products and broker deposits
- Refer members to loans and accounting departments
- Order and process personalized cheques

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Three years of cash experience or equivalent combination
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Credit union or financial institution track record preferred
- Ability to respond to members in person and by telephone
