Build client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions as a Financial Services Representative at CIBC's Barrie banking centre. This is an in office position.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you'll understand clients' personal and business goals, provide informative service, and recommend appropriate products. You'll use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection while supporting mobile banking adoption. The schedule may include evenings and weekends, with work across multiple nearby banking centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
- Connect clients with appropriate people and opportunities
- Introduce mobile banking applications and explain their use
Requirements:
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
- One year of client service and sales results experience
- Knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and critical-thinking approach
- Flexibility for banking centre hours and nearby locations
