The Environmental Health and Safety Leader integrates EHS programs, procedures, and policies across operations. This full time role supports management, employees, supervisors, and Safety Teams through risk assessments, audits, investigations, and training. You will also track performance using Gensuite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement CHG EHS programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Track EHS metrics, training, injuries, and corrective actions
- Lead permitting and regulatory liaison activities
- Train and coach employees toward EHS goals

Requirements:

- Five-plus years EHS experience with bachelor's degree preferred
- Associate's degree with seven-plus years EHS experience
- Ten-plus years EHS experience without a degree
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations
- Manufacturing experience preferred
