Support clients, advisors, and agency leadership as an Agency Support Representative in Dorval, using strong communication and administrative skills. This on-site position offers a stable 35-hour Monday-to-Friday work week.

At iA Financial Group, you will help Career agencies operate smoothly through coordinated client service and sales support. The position combines administrative expertise, interpersonal communication, calendar management, and process documentation. You will also collaborate with the sales force and Career Support and Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and sales representatives in person and by phone
- Direct requests to appropriate Career Support and Service Centre specialists
- Support advisor contracting, onboarding, integration, and offboarding activities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings,



reports, and administrative process implementation
- Manage facilities, mail, supplies, and agency process documentation

Requirements:

- Relevant administration, office support, or related experience
- Fully proficient French, spoken and written
- Intermediate English for regular professional partner interactions
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable work approach
