The Plant Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day support across policies, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, performance, engagement, training, and HR programs. The position also centralizes payroll and benefits administration for the Glad and Brita manufacturing sites. You will partner with plant leaders, the Manufacturing Human Resources Manager, and HR Centers of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide employees and leaders on policies, procedures, and routine HR matters
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support attendance, performance, employee relations, accommodations, and workplace issues
- Maintain HRIS data, records,



reporting, training, and compliance documentation
- Manage payroll, benefits, leaves, and return-to-work processes across both sites

Requirements:

- Strong HR generalist foundation in manufacturing or operational environments
- Organization, confidentiality, follow-through, judgment, and discretion
- Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and accommodation principles
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, Workday, ADP, or similar systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
