Coordinate nonprofit governance and administration for EWB Canada with robust project management and communication skills. This is a part-time contract based in Toronto or remotely in Canada.

As Operations Manager, you will support the CEO and Board of Directors across organizational operations. Your work includes preparing meetings, maintaining records, coordinating the Annual General Meeting, and managing shared technology platforms. You will also support policies, onboarding, travel, events, chapters, and volunteer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize the Annual General Meeting, logistics, and administration
- Prepare Board updates, briefing materials, and documentation
- Coordinate Board scheduling, records, and communications




- Manage the [email protected] inbox and route inquiries
- Organize Google Drive and shared documents

Requirements:

- Three to five years of operations, administration, or coordination experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders or Boards is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital tools
- French proficiency or EWB community experience is an asset
