Lead banquet operations at Four Seasons Whistler, using BEO fluency and service leadership to deliver detailed, consistent events. This is a full-time role.

As Banquet Supervisor, you will support the Banquet Manager while coordinating staff, event timelines, room setups, and guest service. The position requires supervisory experience, food and beverage knowledge, strong English, and attention to detail. You will also collaborate with culinary, stewarding, sales, and events teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee banquet functions alongside or without the Banquet Manager
- Coordinate schedules, duties, briefings, and service procedures
- Read and execute BEOs according to listed timelines
- Conduct client meetings and address event concerns proactively
- Oversee breakdowns, billing, inventory, and equipment storage

Requirements:

- At least two years in lead server or supervisory work
- Luxury hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor service teams
- Serving It Right certificate or ability to obtain
- Valid Canadian work authorization and robust English command
