This Property Claims Specialist handles commercial property claims from first notice through final disposition. You will assess damage, review policy contracts, coordinate Independent Adjusters, and communicate with Claims Management, Underwriting, and Broker Partners. The work includes specialty segments such as Green Energy, Mining, Equipment Breakdown, Transit, and Mortgage Impairment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze first notices of loss, coverage, and damage scope
- Conduct investigations using Independent Adjusters and technical experts
- Establish timely reserves within assigned authority
- Evaluate coverage, liability, salvage,



and subrogation opportunities
- Monitor claim inventory and maintain an active diary

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of commercial property claims experience
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent insurance experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance contracts, regulations, and legal requirements
- Superior customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
