As an HR Administrator, you will process hiring, onboarding, employee changes, benefits documentation, and offboarding support. You will maintain accurate employee records while assisting HR Coordinators, the Benefits Specialist, managers, IT, and Payroll. The position supports Connective's social services operations and over 1,300 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare employment letters, reference checks, and standard HR correspondence
- Process contracts, onboarding documents, and employee record changes
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with managers, IT, and Payroll
- Administer advantages enrolments,



changes, terminations, and related files
- Support HR reporting, recruitment transactions, and process documentation

Requirements:

- One to two years of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail for high-volume administrative work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Successful Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records and reference checks
