Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members and check them into the club
- Handle calls, messages, and appointment bookings efficiently
- Answer questions about FitFix and Cardio machines
- Resolve member concerns and update membership information
- Complete cleaning tasks, club runs, and FitFix sessions

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the fitness industry
