Become a vital part of Rona and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experienceYour role:* Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
* Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
* Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
* Perform opening and closing procedures
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
* Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
* Train and mentor new associates
* Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothlyWhat we're looking for:* 1 year of retail experience
* 1 year of experience in team supervision
* Robust problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
