ATB Financial seeks an Everyday Banking Advisor for a temporary 18-month chance. You will understand client needs, recommend personal and business banking solutions, and build lasting relationships. The role includes networking, digital education, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
- Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
- Identify internal referral opportunities through networking
- Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
- Protect client information and manage regulatory risks
Requirements:
- Two to four years creating client experiences and relationships
- One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
- Experience with lending products considered an asset
- Passion for sales and relationship building
- Finance or business education, or relevant work experience
