Reporting to the Hatchery Manager, this full-time driver transports products and materials while meeting safety, animal welfare, quality, and customer service standards. The position requires commercial driving experience, transportation regulation knowledge, and dependable communication. Sofina Foods supplies trusted protein brands across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 1 commercial vehicles safely and lawfully
- Complete assigned local and regional deliveries and pickups
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate vehicle inspection and transportation records
- Transport products safely and securely to destinations
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License
- At least two years of commercial driving experience
- Clean Driver's Abstract and safe driving commitment
- Understanding of transportation regulations and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
