This Day Service Co-Worker position provides support and care within a group or workshop setting. Available full time and part-time roles focus on supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. Co-Workers work primarily within one key group while providing support across all groups. The work includes individual and small-group support, based on each member's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities
- Support adults with autism in Day Service activities
- Enable participation in meaningful work and skill development
- Work primarily within one key group
- Support individuals or groups of up to three members

Requirements:

- Ability to provide support across all groups
- Ability to provide one-to-one support when needed
- Ability to support small shared groups
- Willingness to work in group or workshop settings

Provide flexible individual and group support while helping Day Service members develop skills through meaningful work.
