As a Theatre Manager, you will maintain seamless Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail operations. You will execute Company policies, procedures, and standards while managing facility inspections, Groups & Events, and operational checklists. The position includes leadership, financial, and development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
- Ensure Company policies, procedures, and standards are followed
- Execute Groups & Events within the venue
- Recruit, train,
coach, and develop venue management
- Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar environment
- Ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Robust conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Schedule flexibility for extended hours as required
