As a Temporary Customer Care Representative, you will support accounts under 60 days delinquent. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery, you will help customers find solutions and maintain valuable standing. This first-party collections position involves payment arrangements, account updates, documents, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls
- Arrange payments and help find account solutions
- Send and receive documents for account updates
- Meet weekly call and collection targets
- Complete skip tracing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, softphones, and CRM systems
- One to two years administrative or customer service experience preferred
- French and English bilingualism is an asset
