As part of Transaction Services Operations, you will manage transaction processing within established service standards. Your work includes purchases, systematic withdrawals, reports, reconciliations, and control measures. You will also handle complex files while communicating with advisors, clients, and internal business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process mutual fund and segregated fund transactions
- Manage purchases and systematic withdrawals within service standards
- Review reports and reconciliations for control compliance
- Resolve complex files, adjustments, correspondence,



and referred complaints
- Help develop and implement administrative procedures

Requirements:

- Financial Services, Business Administration, or related college diploma
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of mutual funds and financial services products
- Accounting and taxation knowledge considered a robust asset
- Comfort with technology and internal systems training
