Bayshore HealthCare needs a compassionate Personal Caregiver skilled in personal support, homemaking, companionship, and client safety.

As part of Bayshore's home and community health care services, you will support clients according to individualized care plans. Your work includes personal care, household tasks, community accompaniment, and daily living assistance. You will also maintain comfort and safety while following company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personal care services under care plan directives
- Maintain emotional, spiritual, and physical client comfort
- Perform trained specialized procedures with current competency
- Implement infection prevention practices consistently
- Report client changes to Supervisors or the Office

Requirements:

- Hold accredited caregiver training or equivalent experience
- Understand community care practices and caregiving principles
- Communicate effectively in English; French is an asset
- Have reliable transportation; license and automobile are assets
- Pass a Criminal background and Vulnerable Sector Check
