Reporting to the Credit Manager, this detail-oriented Credit Representative reviews assigned accounts and addresses outstanding balances. The position involves Accounts Receivable aging, credit warnings, past-due investigations, risk analysis, and customer communications. You will also support incoming calls and residential budget payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor accounts for compliance with credit policies
- Review aging lists and credit warning reports
- Investigate past-due accounts, budgets, and Non-Sufficient Funds
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balance collections
- Resolve inquiries through timely first-call resolution

Requirements:

- Ideally three years in Credit or Accounts Receivable
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Accurate handling of large data volumes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, including Excel and Word
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset
