This experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist supports a finance team within the consumer goods sector. The hands-on work covers payments, invoices, credits, collections, and customer accounts. Solid communication, organization, Excel, and accounting software skills support accurate, timely account administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily accounts receivable activities and payment applications
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Process customer credits and return or credit requests




- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and supporting schedules

Requirements:

- Two or more years of accounts receivable experience
