As a full-time Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will manage safety information across manufacturers and patient assistance programs. The role requires familiarity with Health Canada GVP regulations, GxP processes, reporting timelines, and quality standards. You will also help maintain audit readiness and support stakeholders with case queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage pharmacovigilance inboxes and organize incoming safety information
- Recognize, triage, record, and report adverse event data

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of pharmacovigilance or relevant industry experience
