Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Oversee compliant dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical care
- Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Manage scheduling, communication, policies, and procedures
- Manage P&L; statements and operational targets
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Injection certification is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
