Medallia is seeking a Portfolio Lead to oversee a dedicated customer portfolio within the Engagement Track of the Customer Services Organization. You’ll act as the CEO of your book, owning people, performance, portfolio financials, outcomes, and health, while scaling a 7–10 person Engagement Manager team. You’ll partner with Sales leadership to ensure retention, drive renewals and expansion, and align cross-functional teams across Product, Sales and Support to remove blockers and achieve
