Lead hydrogeological assessments and groundwater modeling with Stantec from Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, or Yellowknife. Travel and fieldwork are required. This Senior Hydrogeologist position supports environmental impact assessments, hydrogeological studies, and phased environmental site assessments. You will manage projects, interpret data, prepare deliverables, and contribute to business development. The work includes groundwater and surface water assessments, remediation, monitoring, and permitting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental and hydrogeological assessment assignments
- Develop conceptual hydrogeological models for field programs
- Design and oversee drilling, sampling, and aquifer testing
- Interpret data and prepare technical deliverables
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and quality reviews
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Geoscience, Engineering, or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Geologist
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Four years executing medium to complex technical projects
