Lead major construction projects for Graham in Ontario, using commercial expertise and accountable leadership with regular on-site presence. Build landmark infrastructure across the province. This Project Director prospect supports Graham’s growing Buildings division and leadership bench. You will guide complex building or infrastructure projects, develop teams, manage stakeholder environments, and strengthen client confidence. Projects span transit, healthcare, post-secondary, water, institutional, and civic sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct pursuit, pre-construction, execution, commissioning, and closeout phases
- Develop and mentor multidisciplinary project teams and operational leaders
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, contracts, risks, and commercial strategy
- Build partnerships with owners, consultants, agencies,



and stakeholders
- Support pursuits, proposals, interviews, planning, and business strategy

Requirements:
- 15 or more years of progressive construction experience
- Large-scale building or infrastructure project leadership experience
- Complex stakeholder management success and contractual expertise
- Experience with Construction Management or comparable delivery models
- Willingness to travel regularly and maintain Ontario site presence Bring project leadership, commercial judgment, and team development expertise to Graham’s major Ontario construction programs.
