You will direct the Quality organization, maintain regulatory compliance, and build a shared culture of quality excellence. The role connects quality leadership with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set quality direction and reinforce Bell’s vision across Mirabel
- Maintain compliance with QMS, AS9100, AS9102, and BPS
- Lead quality resources and cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze performance indicators and facilitate corrective action boards
- Oversee audits,
inspections, escapes, and corrective measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, logistics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ aerospace manufacturing quality experience
- Knowledge of aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
- Proven success developing empowered, high-performing quality teams
