As Associate Director, Process Engineering, you will lead the practice and a team of Process Engineers. You will guide complex transformations across Investments, Corporate and Real Estate groups. The work spans process analysis, future-state design, automation, analytics, and technology delivery.

Requirements:

Significant process engineering or business transformation experience Experience leading complex, cross-functional process analysis and design Experience enabling digital transformation and technology-enabled change Experience leading and developing transformation professionals Strong stakeholder influence, judgment, communication, and prioritization skills Bring process simplification, change leadership, and technology transformation expertise to OMERS as Associate Director, Process Engineering.
