Key Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, investment planning, and delivery oversight Build Canada Segment transformation and portfolio management capabilities Partner with Finance and leaders on multi-year portfolio planning Provide portfolio insights, recommendations, trade-offs,



and performance reporting Surface dependencies and risks while strengthening cross-functional accountability

Requirements:

10+ years in transformation, governance, strategy, or complex delivery Experience supporting senior-level decisions and organizational priorities Robust executive communication and presentation skills Business judgment to assess cases, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs Ability to influence cross-functional teams and challenge constructively Bring governance leadership, analytical judgment, and transformation delivery discipline to Manulife’s Canada Segment portfolio.
