Lead financial operations remotely from Canada, applying consolidation and treasury expertise across complex family office entities. Work with principals and advisors directly. As Head of Financial Operations, you will serve families across personal, holding, operating, trust, and foundation entities. You will report to Chris Canavan, President, and work with Client Chiefs of Staff and Banking & Treasury. The role is hands-on initially, covering close, forecasting, controls, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Run monthly close through consolidation across family entities Own budgets, cash forecasts, variance reports, and scenarios Manage cost allocation and debt covenants Administer payroll, funds,



and foundations Prepare year-end files and support reviews or audits

Requirements:

Canadian CPA designation required; United States CPA valued 10+ years of progressive finance experience across entities Controller-level experience serving ultra-high-net-worth families Robust banking, treasury, payments, controls, lenders, and FX knowledge Live in Canada and travel to the United States Bring controller-level judgment, consolidation expertise, and treasury knowledge to Mayfair’s hands-on family office financial operations.
