Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, business, or related discipline Ten-plus years’ progressive leadership experience in relevant industries Proven commercial organization leadership and P&L; responsibility Understanding of Canadian healthcare, diagnostics, and laboratory markets Robust strategic, financial, communication, and negotiation skills Shape sustainable Canadian ADx growth through executive leadership, financial discipline, customer focus, and cross-functional execution at Waters.
