As a valued member of our accounting team, you will play a key role in helping clients maintain accurate financial records and meet their accounting and reporting requirements. Working closely with managers, partners, and colleagues, you will contribute to bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll support, and other accounting functions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries while developing your technical knowledge and professional skills in a cooperative environment. Process monthly financial transactions, including bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, loans, and credit card transactions Complete bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations Prepare and maintain accurate bookkeeping records and supporting documentation Assist with payroll processing, GST/HST filings,



and other government reporting requirements Perform other related accounting and bookkeeping duties as required Post-secondary education in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Experience with Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) and/or QuickBooks Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset Competitive
