Key Responsibilities

Oversee donor centre operations, workflows, productivity, quality, and safety Manage staffing, supplies, equipment, budgets, and scheduling collaboration Improve donor experience through metrics, communication,



and service improvements Coach employees and foster inclusive teamwork and open communication Coordinate quality improvement, corrective actions, audits, and improvement plans

Requirements:
