Lead captive insurance solutions for Fortune 500 clients at Aon while advising on complex coverage and policy terms in a hybrid or remote setting. As an experienced Insurance Officer, you will lead client insurance needs across wide-ranging industries. You will work with Risk Managers, brokers, actuaries, regulators, investment managers, auditors, and executives. The work includes commercial insurance, captive management, renewals, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex insurance matters and policy conditions Serve as primary contact for insurance-related inquiries Organize insurance and reinsurance documentation efficiently Coordinate renewals and new program implementation Present captive utilization materials at annual board meetings

Requirements:

Experience across multiple commercial insurance lines Brokerage or underwriting experience Captive insurance experience preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven experience P&C; license preferred; insurance designations helpful Apply commercial insurance expertise, captive management knowledge, and clear communication to serve Aon's multinational clients effectively.
