Apply operations research and mathematical optimization to workforce planning at Miratech, with remote flexibility and enterprise-scale scheduling challenges. As an Operations Research Engineer, you will support Miratech’s Workforce Management product stream. You will design optimization models, constraint programs, and production-grade services for contact center planning. The work connects business requirements with scheduling, staffing, coverage management, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop optimization models for workforce planning and resource allocation Implement schedule optimization using OR-Tools and CP-SAT Build maintainable constraint models and production solver services Validate schedule quality, coverage, violations,
and solve time Present methodologies and results to stakeholders
Requirements:
Six or more years designing production optimization solutions Experience with OR-Tools or comparable optimization solvers Foundation in linear, integer, or stochastic optimization Workforce or resource scheduling experience Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ Use optimization, constraint programming, and software engineering to advance Miratech workforce scheduling services for enterprise contact centers.
