Lead patron services for Calgary’s High Performance Rodeo through Tessitura operations, box office management, and front of house leadership. This contract requires festival availability. One Yellow Rabbit seeks a Patron Services Manager for its 36th Annual High Performance Rodeo. Reporting to the Producer, you will oversee festival box offices and front of house operations while leading approximately 20 staff and volunteers. The work spans planning, festival delivery, and closeout activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily box office and front of house operations Lead casual staff, volunteers, and an Assistant Box Office Manager Support ticket builds and Tessitura operations Coordinate satellite box offices across downtown Calgary venues Prepare weekly and final ticket sales reports

Requirements:

Supervisory or hiring experience leading staff and volunteers Ticket sales and Tessitura Network software experience Front of House operations management background Performing arts, festival, or live events experience Availability for festival evenings and weekends Apply patron services leadership, Tessitura expertise, and front of house experience to Calgary’s High Performance Rodeo.
