Lead architectural delivery for MG2 in Toronto, managing design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration across major building programs. As Architectural Project Manager, you will guide teams through every project phase while managing contracts, schedules, budgets, and quality. The role serves MG2’s Client Programs Market and supports global and national programs. You will also build client relationships and coordinate project communications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage teams through all project execution phases Maintain milestone schedules, staffing plans, and project charters Monitor financial performance, invoicing, and consultant billing Lead project meetings and issue weekly stakeholder updates Oversee construction administration, closeout,



and quality reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field Eight or more years in an architecture or design firm Experience leading milestone-based project delivery teams Knowledge of architectural contracts and execution procedures Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams Bring architectural leadership, client communication, contract management, and construction administration expertise to MG2’s Toronto team.
