Lead North American commissioning workforce planning and safety for Nordex, supporting wind farm construction projects across multiple locations. The Commissioning Manager oversees more than 20 Commissioners and Lead Commissioners. This leadership role coordinates staffing, workforce development, performance, competency, and operational readiness. You will collaborate with commissioning, project management, construction, HSE, and human resources teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop workforce plans for current and future project demands Allocate resources across multiple projects and changing priorities Lead, coach, and develop Commissioners and Lead Commissioners Promote safety culture and monitor HSE compliance Present workforce performance reports to leadership
Requirements:
Minimum five years of wind industry experience Minimum three years managing commissioning or technical teams Experience with workforce planning, staffing, and development Microsoft Office proficiency; advanced Excel preferred Ability to travel up to 35% and visit sites Bring wind commissioning expertise, resource management, and people leadership to Nordex’s North American workforce organization.
