- Position Summary The Regional Finance Director leads the financial strategy and performance for the Canada & 3PL Region, overseeing multiple sites and finance teams. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, compliance, operational finance, and supporting strategic business decisions. The position partners closely with operational leadership to drive financial performance and ensure strong financial controls across the region.



Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business strategy and operational decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop regional finance teams. Support financial aspects of acquisitions, startups, integrations, and business changes. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field ~1
