The Facilities Maintenance Manager directs site maintenance operations within Teva’s biopharmaceutical workplace. This position oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, compressed air, fire protection, and building automation systems. You will manage CMMS planning, contractors, budgets, capital projects, audits, inspections, and emergency response activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related technical discipline Seven years’ progressive facilities or building maintenance experience Three years leading maintenance teams in GMP-regulated environments Extensive building systems and utilities knowledge CMMS, budgeting, contractor management, and capital project experience Apply facilities leadership, utilities expertise, and GMP compliance knowledge to maintain reliable operations at Teva’s Stouffville site.
