Scenic Group Canada is seeking a CRM and customer growth specialist to support direct-to-consumer growth across Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises. This position develops connected journeys from lead acquisition through booking, travel, loyalty, retention, and repeat purchase. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, commercial, digital, analytics, and global CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define lifecycle stages, touchpoints, triggers, and success metrics Optimize lead capture, nurturing, conversion,



and reactivation Develop behavioural and transactional audience segmentation Create personalization frameworks for relevant communications Establish lead-routing and lead-management frameworks with Sales

Requirements:

Seven or more years in lifecycle or retention marketing Experience managing journeys across multiple lifecycle stages Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM technologies Solid customer data analysis and actionable recommendations Travel, hospitality, luxury, or tourism experience preferred Develop lifecycle marketing that connects segmentation, personalization, automation, and retention across Scenic and Emerald Cruises customer journeys.
