Strategic maintenance leadership at Atlantic Packaging requires equipment reliability expertise and capital project management within Hannon Corrugated Operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager leads maintenance resources, personnel, and capital projects. The position partners with Operations leadership to improve plant safety, product quality, machinery reliability, availability, and performance. It also supports preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, and annual KPI achievement.

Lead the Maintenance Department and supervise a skilled team Ensure workers and contractors follow OHS standards and safety procedures Manage capital projects, suppliers, budgets,
and equipment integration Plan resources supporting manufacturing operations and equipment uptime Coach workers and conduct performance reviews with direct reports
Requirements:
Related technical degree, diploma, trades certification, and technical training Maintenance leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing environments Corrugated packaging maintenance project experience highly desired Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems Robust communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills Apply maintenance leadership, reliability planning, and capital project expertise to support Atlantic Packaging’s corrugated manufacturing operations.
