Use Business Central, Power BI, and financial analysis to guide Hatfield’s finance function in North Vancouver or New Westminster. This Leader of Finance position oversees financial planning, reporting, controls, and risk management for Hatfield. You will work closely with Managing Partners and the Board while reporting to the Senior Vice President & Managing Partner. The role combines operational finance leadership with strategic analysis and team development.

Key Responsibilities





Deliver business intelligence metrics from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Prepare monthly and year to date financial reports Compare budgeted results with actual performance and explain variances Lead the Hatfield Finance Committee and finance team Evaluate financial viability and risks for potential acquisitions

Requirements:

CPA designation with a relevant bachelor’s degree 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience Five years leading teams in a senior leadership role Experience optimizing ERP reporting, controls, and processes Robust Power BI dashboard interpretation and presentation skills Apply your ERP, dashboard, reporting, and leadership capabilities to Hatfield’s evolving financial operations and strategic decision-making.
