Support Rooted Farmers members remotely while applying technical troubleshooting and software quality assurance skills during Eastern Time hours. Occasional travel is required. As a Member Success and Product Quality Specialist, you will answer questions, resolve issues, and help members use the platform confidently. You will also test features, identify usability concerns, and collaborate with Engineering to improve tools for farms, hubs, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Answer member questions and troubleshoot platform issues Review producer and wholesale buyer membership applications Conduct demos, onboardings, and training sessions Create video tutorials and written training materials Test features and share feedback with Engineering

Requirements:

US-based availability for this remote position Customer support, technical troubleshooting, or software experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability Self-motivated collaboration across teams Bring member support, feature testing, and transparent technical communication to Rooted Farmers’ agricultural technology platform and mission.
