Lead Tamir’s strategic growth through values-led leadership, relationship building, and financial stewardship while advancing inclusion for people with developmental disabilities. Tamir seeks an Executive Director to guide a complex, community-based nonprofit serving people with developmental disabilities and autism. This senior leader will translate priorities into goals, champion person-centred services, and reflect Jewish identity throughout programs. The mandate includes governance, resources, partnerships, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Tamir Champion person-centred programs advancing dignity and inclusion Oversee budgets, priorities,



and responsible resource stewardship Partner with the Board on governance and compliance Cultivate donors, funders, and community partnerships

Requirements:

Advanced education or equivalent senior leadership experience Senior experience in complex nonprofit or human services organizations Solid relationship-building, communication, financial, and organizational capabilities Meaningful connection to Jewish life, values, and community Commitment to inclusion, dignity, and human rights Bring strategic leadership, Jewish community connection, and human services expertise to Tamir’s continuing growth and impact.
