Shape AI-powered conversion agents for evolo clients in Toronto’s hybrid Forward Deployed Strategist role, using structured problem solving and analytical skills. You will turn client product content into interactive agents that educate, qualify, and convert buyers. This full time founding-team seat covers strategy, platform configuration, deployment, and performance. You will use AI tools and evolo playbooks to design journeys, qualification logic, prompts, scripts, and interactive pages. You will also work with engineers on integrations and fixes while they own production code.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client deployments from discovery through live agent launch Design journeys, qualification logic, prompts, scripts, and interactive pages Track conversion, run A/B tests,



and report measurable ROI Identify expansion opportunities across client teams and business lines Improve evolo’s platform and playbooks with product and engineering

Requirements:

Typically six-plus years in consulting, strategy, product, or solutions Experience leading client engagements end to end Fluency using AI tools to research, write, build, and analyse Solid analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability Comfort working through compliance and legal review Bring client strategy, AI fluency, and conversion analytics to evolo’s forward-deployed agent deployments in Toronto.
