Lead heavy civil construction projects with KAPP Infrastructure from Vaughan, applying scheduling and contract management expertise across Ontario. Travel throughout the GTA is required. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee administrative aspects of assigned construction projects. Reporting to the Director of Contracts and Project Management, you will manage cost, schedule, quality, and project status. The work covers sewer, watermain, earthworks, roadworks, bridges, and other major civil works.

Key Responsibilities

Review specifications, drawings, and construction needs before site mobilization Schedule timelines and update them according to project progress Coordinate meetings and communication with owners and stakeholders Monitor payments, accounting, claims,



and project financial performance Lead project close-out, assessment, and debrief activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related education Ten to fifteen years as a Construction Project Manager Heavy civil experience across sewer, watermain, earthworks, roadworks, and bridges Municipal, subdivision, and ICI experience Robust management, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills Apply your heavy civil leadership, contract expertise, and project controls experience across KAPP Infrastructure projects in Ontario.
