Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline Seven-plus years of shop floor manufacturing engineering experience Automotive industry experience preferred Strong equipment knowledge and CAD experience Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, analytical, and communication skills Use automation, CAD, and manufacturing expertise to stabilize Windsor production of safety-critical automotive powertrain components.
