Your responsibilities span planning, technical quality, mentoring, and delivery against schedule, budget, standards, and customer requirements.

Lead and supervise mechanical engineers and CAD designers Plan, estimate, assign, and schedule team work Review designs, models, drawings, and GD&T; before release Resolve or escalate technical and schedule risks Mentor members and support process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Seven-plus years in mechanical design Two-plus years leading teams or serving as technical lead Advanced SolidWorks and GD&T; knowledge NATO Secret clearance and controlled goods eligibility Apply mechanical design leadership, SolidWorks expertise, and mentoring skills to OSI's naval and government systems.
