Shape Cenovus’s AI Centre of Excellence through Hub and Spoke leadership, responsible governance, and practical delivery across enterprise business areas. As Director, AI Centre of Excellence, you will build on Cenovus’s established foundation and enable business areas to develop AI capabilities. You will oversee common services, standards, reusable approaches, and proven solutions while partnering with D⁢ and enabling functions. Success includes self-sufficient business areas, responsible adoption, and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the next phase of the Hub and Spoke model Enable business areas through reusable delivery approaches Build communities of practice and enterprise AI capability Partner with D⁢ on sustainable operating practices Align external partners and leaders around AI outcomes
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of enterprise AI technologies and trends Working knowledge of responsible AI and risk-based governance Experience leading complex cross-functional enterprise programs Change leadership and organizational transformation capability Robust portfolio and program management capability Bring enterprise AI literacy, organizational transformation, and operating-model experience to Cenovus’s growing Centre of Excellence.
